The management at RP Lasertech envisions steering the organization towards greater heights. The three Directors, in line with the company’s vision, are striving to take the company towards sustained growth, enabling it to become a global player in the years to come.

Arun Popli – the hon’ble Founder & Managing Director of AV Engineers, is a Commerce Graduate with over 35 years of rich business experience. He’s involved with RP Lasertech in Director’s capacity and has passionately worked towards elevating both the companies from its humble roots.

Known for his keen business acumen vision and industrial expertise, he has led the way for both businesses from the last 3 decades with his transformational & democratic leadership style. Besides work, Mr Arun is keenly focused on dealing with regulatory issues and the company’s expansion plans, to meet the global demand. He has taken it upon himself to turn both the companies into technically and commercially viable organizations, by giving his vision & direction to it and setting standards of services and financial performance.

A business professional with a multifarious approach towards innovation, Mr Arun is well-respected in the business group. He’s also been actively engaged in social welfare activities and has organized blood donation camps, tree plantation activities along with promoting sports through regular contribution.

A dynamic entrepreneur, a visionary leader and a well-versed professional with over a decade of experience; Rohan Popli – the Managing Director of RP Lasertech, inculcates the philosophy of ‘teamwork’ and ‘team spirit’ at all levels of the company.

Spearheading a team of highly experienced professionals; Rohan is driven by his will to achieve more. Under his guidance, the company is achieving new milestones every day; venturing into International markets and undertaking new projects to diversify the company’s portfolio.

Determined to take the group to new heights with his innovative ideas, Rohan is a firm believer in Human Resources and Quality Systems being the key to achieving the organization’s objectives. This belief has helped Rohan leave a mark in the sheet metal fabrication industry and has earned him recognition for his active contribution towards the growth of the sector.

Managing Director

Reckoned as the guiding force behind the success of RP Lasertech, Nupur Popli is overseeing all the critical management processes in the organization. An MBA in International Business & Finance, her banking career started in 2006. She comes with over a decade of banking experience and has worked with reputed names from the banking sectors such as HSBC & CITIBANK.

At RP Lasertech, Nupur is known for her focus on perfectionism and penchant towards observing consumer attitudinal changes in the domestic as well as the international market. She likes to stay updated about the latest news in the sheet metal industry and has also been involved with certain NGOs which work towards the upliftment of the status of the poor in the country.
