Tool Room

The tool room is a crucial part of the entire sheet metal fabrication process. It enables manufacturing companies to produce high-quality products with utmost precision and consistency. It forms the backbone of every manufacturing company. At RP Lasertech, it is the centre of all activities and is equipped with vital machinery like conventional lathe, CNC vertical machine centre, conventional milling machine, CNC turning centre, cylindrical and surface grinding machine along with tapping, band saw cutting and drilling machines for all sorts of fabrication jobs to meet the standard customer requirements.

Our tool room is capable of processing different components with raw materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, copper, die steel, and alloy steel to produce a wide variety of products and components. Some of the products manufactured in the tool room include jigs/fixtures, receiving gauges, machine components, tuned components, machinery spares, plug gauges, ring gauges, bushes, shafts, bearing housing, dies moulds and plastic moulds with precision.
